Tracking Your Order

You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
If you haven’t received your tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every candle securely.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery (include photos of the damage if possible).
We’ll do our best to replace or refund your order promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
