Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of skincare and beauty products, we’re unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Replacement
Please email us at 📧 support@norivyn.com with the following:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the product and packaging
3. A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your item is eligible for replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened, used, or unsealed skincare/makeup products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or limited-edition items
Products not purchased directly from our official store

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items, please contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank or credit card statement
Contact your payment provider (some banks require extra processing time)
If you still haven’t received the refund, please reach out to us and we will investigate promptly.
